Each subscription is intended for a single user. The app itself is free to download onto as many devices as you want. You will need an active trial or subscription in order to use it.

How to sign up for a paid subscription

How billing works when you upgrade or downgrade

If you upgrade or downgrade your subscription, you will receive a prorated credit, and your new renewal date will be based on the date you upgraded or downgraded.

Anytime you make a payment, you are paying upfront for a full month or a full year. If you choose to upgrade or downgrade your plan in the middle of the month or year, you are effectively starting a new plan at the new price. Any money already paid toward the old plan for time that hasn't yet been used will go toward the new plan.

Here is an example of how billing works if you upgrade:

If you originally paid $39.00 for the Essentials plan on the 1st of the month, and upgraded to the Standard plan on the 15th of the month, you would have used 50% of your original plan, or $19.50.

Thus, you would pay $55.50 to upgrade plans: $75.00 for the new Standard plan, less $19.50 from the original Essentials plan that was unused. Your monthly renewal date would be the 15th instead of the 1st of the month.

Here is an example of how billing works if you downgrade:

If you originally paid $75.00 for the Standard plan on the 1st of the month, and downgraded to the Essentials plan on the 15th of the month, you would have used 50% of your original plan, or $37.50.

Thus, you would pay $1.50 to downgrade plans: $39.00 for the new Essentials Plan, less $37.50 from the original Standard plan that was unused. Your monthly renewal date would be the 15th instead of the 1st of the month.
