How do I unsubscribe/cancel my subscription?

All subscriptions are automatically renewed unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing cycle. Payments for a previous period are nonrefundable.


  1. Log into your Switcher Studio Dashboard using the same email and password you use for the app.
  2. Click Billing Info in the main menu.
  3. Under the Account Info section, you'll see your Active Subscriptions.
  4. Click Cancel.
  5. To confirm the cancellation, click Yes, Cancel My Subscription.

You will be able to continue using Switcher Studio until the end of your billing cycle.

How do I change or update my credit card information?

  1. Log into your Switcher Studio Dashboard using the same email and password you use for the app.
  2. Click Billing Info in the main menu
  3. Under the Payment Method section, you’ll see your payment information.
  4. To update your payment method, click Add Card.
  5. Enter your name and address.
  6. Click Payment Info.
  7. Enter your payment details.
  8. Click Add Credit Card.
  9. If you would like to delete the previous payment method, click the Remove button next to it.

Note: You must have at least one payment method on file. If you only have one card on your account, you cannot remove it until you have added a new one.

How do I apply a coupon code to a subscription?

  1. Log into your Switcher Studio Dashboard using the same email and password you used when you created your account.
  2. Click Billing Info in the main menu.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Have a coupon code?
  4. Type in your code and click Apply Coupon.
  5. Scroll back up to the plan section options.
  6. Select the paid option you'd like to purchase and click Choose.
  7. Review the pricing and click Confirm to enter your payment information.

If you already signed up for a paid subscription, the Switcher Studio team will need to apply the discount code for you. Please email support@switcherstudio.com for assistance.

Is there a plan with multiple licenses for businesses or teams?

Can I purchase a subscription or pass before my free trial expires?

You can upgrade to a subscription or pass at any time during your free trial. Once you purchase a subscription or pass, your free trial will end and your pass or subscription will start immediately.

If you upgrade to a subscription or pass before your trial has expired, you will need to refresh the Switcher app to remove the watermark, as follows:

  1. Open the Switcher Studio app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Log out.
  3. Close out the app completely by swiping up from the bottom of your screen and swiping the app away.
  4. Log back into the app.

How do I create a Switcher Studio account and start my free trial?

When you create a new Switcher Studio account, you'll receive a free 14-day trial. You must use a valid email address that can be verified. 


  1. Click the Start Now button in the top right.
  2. Complete the sign-up form. The email address you use to sign up is the one you'll use to log into your Switcher Studio account.
  3. You will receive an email asking to confirm your email address. Click the link in the email to confirm.
  4. If you haven't already, download the Switcher Studio mobile app in the App Store.

Each subscription or pass is intended for a single user. The app itself is free to download onto as many devices as you want. You will need an active trial or subscription in order to use it.

What’s the difference between a subscription and a pass?

Subscriptions are auto-renewing and can be paid monthly or annually. Passes are non-recurring and can be purchased for 7-day or 30-day durations. Both subscriptions and passes offer the exact same set of features.
