From Facebook: A fix has been deployed to production. If you are still experiencing issues with this they will clear up shortly.

From Facebook: We are aware of ongoing issues with the JS SDK failing to load for sites using RequireJS. We are actively working on a fix and expect it to get pushed shortly. 

10/6/2017, 5:45 PM, UPDATE:

The outage has been identified and is related to an exception from the Facebook JavaScript SDK.  First occurrence of this exception was at 1:04pm EST today. There may have been isolated occurrences prior to this. We have reached out to Facebook and are coordinating with their team.
